English Mgr is operated by Next Gen AI Mgr LLC. We want you to feel confident starting your training. If English Mgr isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, whether you're on the monthly plan or the 90-day paid-in-full plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Reply to your Paddle order receipt email with your refund request, or
  • Contact us through the support channels on our website.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 3–10 business days to appear.

After the 14-day window

After the first 14 days of your initial purchase, we do not offer refunds for unused time. Instead:

  • Monthly plan: You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • 90-day paid-in-full plan: This is a one-time purchase. Access expires 100 days after the date of purchase. After the 14-day refund window, the purchase is non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances

If you believe you've been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge you don't recognize), please contact Paddle at paddle.net right away. These cases are handled outside the standard 14-day window.

Chargebacks

If you have any payment concern, please reach out to us or to Paddle first — we're committed to resolving it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in the suspension of your account.
